From my Ammachi's table to yours

One of my fondest memories as a child was spending the summers with my Ammachi in her little rural village within Kerala. I would always remember her warm welcoming embrace met with fresh chai tea and delicious snacks. Thankamma’s Kitchen is an ode to all the warm memories I shared with my Ammachi as a child and the authentic Indian flavors she surrounded us with.
